Location
Cottage is located in a quiet, peaceful location, beside owners residence on 3 acre site 4 km from Boyle town. Very scenic location overlooking Lough Key and with access to it.
Excellent base for fishing, walking, golf and water sports. Country forest and guided hill walking nearby. Ideal touring venue. Proprietor Tom Browne is a walking guide.

Golf - Boyle 9 hole Golf course is approx 7 miles away on Roscommon Road and Carrick 18 hole course 10 miles away on N4.
Convenient to Lough Key Resort, with 350 hectre parklands estate contains many walks & trails through the woodlands and forests, Bog Garden and 19th century parkland with it's majestic trees, follies, bridges and canals.
